Structure for the Day

We begin the day with a relaxed arrival, coffee, and introductions. This opening space allows you to step out of your usual environment, settle into the experience, and set a clear intention for the day ahead.

We start by zooming out. You’ll take a bird’s-eye view of your business, identify your current growth stage, and uncover the key constraints or patterns shaping your results. This session helps you move out of reactive thinking and into a more strategic, CEO-level perspective.

Next, we explore the bigger picture. Through guided exercises and reflection, you’ll reconnect with your long-term vision, clarify your core values, and examine whether your current business model truly supports the life you want to live.

We pause for a relaxed lunch together, with time to connect, reflect, and, if you wish, take a short walk along the river. This spacious break allows ideas to settle and conversations to deepen naturally.

In the final session, we translate insight into action. You’ll define your highest-leverage priorities, identify what to simplify or let go of, and create a focused 90-day strategic direction that reflects your CEO-level thinking.

We end the day with a short closing session to consolidate insights, share key takeaways, and commit to the next steps that will move your business forward with clarity and confidence.
